1. Sites must be in English, or, have the option to translate it into English, without a third-party tool.
2. Sites must have no more than 1 pop-up.
3. Your HTML code must be placed where the banner is linking to.
4. You must place the full, unmodified, HTML code on your website.
5. Members may not try to inflate their impressions by using auto-refresh software, or similar.
6. Only GIF and JPG/JPEG banners may be uploaded. SWF banners may be added at an admin fee of $14.00.
7. Your banner must be: work-safe; family-friendly; and they must be approved by admin.
8. Free banners provided by us must not be used anywhere outside our network.
9. Only domains ending in com; net; org; info; co.uk domains are accepted.
10. Purchased impressions are non-refundable, unless we are deemed at fault.
11. Our banner must not be placed beside AdSense ads; other exchange ads; outbound links; or anywhere where accidental clicks may happen.
12. Only Arcade or Arcade related websites are permitted.
13. Our banner may be placed up to 5 times on your site, only if more than half of them are above the fold.
14. Only sites registered in this exchange may have our HTML code.
15. Your banner must be placed in a high CTR area. Sites sending low-CTR's will be removed from the network.
16. We reserve the right to change the rules at any time.

Those who break the rules, may:
- be fined 10000 impressions
- be IP banned
- be banned, and reported to other exchange owners
